My transition into engineering leadership began during my time at Radarr (now acquired by Genesys), a startup where we were building a cutting-edge social listening platform. Initially joining as an individual contributor, I was later offered the opportunity to move into a management role. It was a pivotal and difficult decision—but ultimately a rewarding one, as it opened doors to mentoring, team building, and strategic impact.

Before Radarr, I was part of another startup focused on revolutionizing the agriculture industry using blockchain technology.

Throughout this journey, I’ve worn many hats and worked across diverse domains. From building mobile apps using Ionic, to frontend development with Angular and React, to backend engineering with Node.js, Java, and Python—I’ve gained a well-rounded understanding of software development across the stack.
